Mrs T from Cardiff awarded for injuries following a road traffic acciden

Mrs T was involved in a road accident in Cardiff when another vehicle driven by the Defendant collided with her car, when attempting to overtake her as she was turning right. She sustained whiplash injuries to her neck, shoulder, back and also suffered injury to her right leg and hip. The defendant’s insurance company awarded a 100% payout to Mrs T totalling £3,200.00 based on the medical evidence.
