Mrs K was on her way to work. When indicating to turn right someone walked in front of her. Mrs K stopped to let the person pass but at the same time a car that was in a disabled bay reversed directly into Mrs K’s vehicle. Mrs K sustained whiplash injuries to her neck and shoulders. Mrs K received £1,300 in whiplash compensation.
