Mrs E from Abergavenny awarded £10,330 for injuries and consequential losses following a road traffic accident.
Mrs E was involved in a road traffic accident in Llanover, when her vehicle was hit head on by the Defendant’s vehicle, which had veered onto her side of the road. She sustained whiplash injuries to her neck and lower back. She also fractured her left hand and suffered soft tissue injury to her left knee and lower abdomen.
The defendant’s insurance company awarded a 100% payout to Mrs E totalling £10,330 based on the medical evidence, which also included care and assistance, travel expenses, physiotherapy charges and damaged items in her vehicle. They also paid for the pre accident value of her vehicle, hire charges and recovery & storage charges.
