Mrs C was involved in a RTA

Mrs C was involved in a RTA when another vehicle collided with the rear of her car.

She sustained a whiplash injury to her neck, shoulders and back. The insurers paid for physiotherapy treatment for Mrs C, they also reimbursed the repair costs for her car and the costs of an alternative (credit hire) vehicle provided by Vehicle Assist Ltd.
