Mr. J from Aberdare was injured in an accident in December 2011 whilst stationary at traffic lights when another vehicle failed to stop in time and collided with the rear of his vehicle causing personal injury and property loss. . Another vehicle failed to stop in time and collided with the rear of Ms J’s vehicle causing a concertina collision and sustained personal injury and property losses. Mr. J received over £6,100 in March 2012 for personal injury, repairs, credit hire, care and assistance travel, private physiotherapy treatment and out of pocket expenses.
