The client was a front seat passenger. The vehicle was stationary when The Defendant hit the vehicle in the rear. The client sustained whiplash injuries to his neck, shoulders and lower back. However; his symptoms resolved quite quickly and he accepted a pre-medical offer of £1300 for his general damages. No special damages were claimed.
