Client was had parked his car and was just about to get out when The Defendant reversed backwards and hit the front of our client’s vehicle. Client sustained whiplash injuries to his neck. However; his symptoms recovered after a week. He therefore accepted a pre-medical offer of £1000. No special damages were claimed.
