Client Accepted £2,300 In Respect Of His Injuries

Client was a passenger driving along a main road in Cardiff when the third part came out of a side road to the left and collided into the claimant vehicle.

The damage to the vehicle was sufficient to cause it to be written off. The claim was admitted on the portal.

Client required and received physiotherapy as a result of the accident totalling £285. The client’s injuries were whiplash to his neck and left shoulder pain – prognosis for both being 7/8 months. Client also had an exacerbation of pre-existing anxiety – prognosis 13 months.
